Patent of gravity separator

It is a device that uses the principle of gravity to screen and grade rice. It separates impurities, broken rice grains, and intact rice grains of different sizes by the difference in the settling speed of rice grains of different weights under the action of gravity. This device usually consists of an inclined screen surface. When the rice enters the separator from one end, the lighter or smaller particles will move faster due to the smaller gravity, and fall through the sieve holes in a shorter distance; on the contrary, the heavier or larger particles will move slower due to the greater gravity, and it takes longer to pass the same distance. In this way, effective classification and processing can be achieved according to the size and weight of the rice grains. In addition, some advanced models are also equipped with a wind selection function, which can further improve the cleaning efficiency and accuracy.
