De-stoner of Holmer rice milling machine


When the machine is working, the raw grain is naturally fed from the inlet of the circular sieve. As the circular sieve runs at low speed and matches the corresponding circular sieve pieces, the rice enters the field sieve from the sieve holes to remove circular sundries twice, and finally enters the fish scale sieve to the sorting chamber of the specific gravity stone remover. The sundries with a volume larger than the rice are automatically discharged from the miscellaneous outlet. Under the action of specific frequency vibration and mixed airflow, the grains with small specific gravity density are suspended in the upper layer, and the stones with large specific gravity density sink into the bottom layer, contact with the fish scale sieve surface, and the shape separation is automatically discharged from the stone removal port.

When the machine is in operation, raw grains are naturally fed into the system via the inlet of the circular sieve. This sieve operates at a low speed and is equipped with corresponding circular sieve pieces to ensure optimal sorting efficiency. As the rice passes through the sieve holes, it enters the field sieve where circular sundries are removed twice, ensuring thorough purification. After this initial cleaning, the rice advances to the fish scale sieve and then into the sorting chamber of the specific gravity stone remover.

Within the sorting chamber, larger volume sundries are automatically discharged from the miscellaneous outlet. Under the influence of specific frequency vibrations and mixed airflow, grains with a lower specific gravity density remain suspended in the upper layer. Conversely, stones with a higher specific gravity density sink to the bottom layer, making contact with the fish scale sieve surface. This shape-based separation ensures that stones are efficiently discharged from the designated stone removal port.
